Shree Seva Trust was set up by one family in 2014 with a plain idea: rural young people do not lack ability, they lack a path from a classroom to a pay slip. Twelve years later that is still the whole job.श्री सेवा ट्रस्ट की स्थापना एक परिवार ने 2014 में एक सीधी सोच के साथ की: ग्रामीण युवाओं में क्षमता की कमी नहीं, कक्षा से वेतन-पर्ची तक का रास्ता नहीं है। बारह वर्ष बाद भी यही हमारा पूरा काम है।
We began with literacy and tuition support in a handful of villages. Skill training followed, then accreditation with NSDC and empanelment with UPSDM. Along the way the ecology work grew out of the same villages asking the same question — what happens to the land the jobs are supposed to sit on.हमने कुछ गाँवों में साक्षरता और शिक्षण सहायता से शुरुआत की। फिर कौशल प्रशिक्षण आया, उसके बाद NSDC से मान्यता और UPSDM में पैनलबद्धता। इसी बीच पर्यावरण का कार्य उन्हीं गाँवों के एक प्रश्न से निकला — जिस भूमि पर रोज़गार टिकना है, उसका क्या होगा।
